Our Services

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractors specialize in support for your nerves, muscles, and bones. Through spinal adjustments and soft tissue techniques, we help restore proper movement and function. Before your first treatment, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation including medical history and physical tests to create a clear plan tailored to you.

We will discuss all benefits and gather your consent before proceeding. The total number of sessions required varies for each patient, depending on your specific symptoms, the severity of your condition, and how your body responds to ongoing care.

Health Education

At the heart of our practice lies a commitment to education, as we believe that understanding your body is the first step toward lasting wellness. We focus on empowering you to take an active role in your own care through practical advice on balanced nutrition, functional movement, and sustainable lifestyle habits.

By teaching you these self-management tools, we help you maintain your progress long after you leave the clinic. Should your needs require additional expertise, we will also guide and signpost you to the right specialist services to ensure you always receive the most comprehensive support possible.

Free Chiropractic Health Check (CHC)

If you are uncertain whether chiropractic care suits your needs, we invite you to book a Free Chiropractic Health Check (CHC). This 15-minute informal consultation with the chiropractor includes a brief assessment to discuss your goals.

Please note that no treatment is performed during this visit; instead, we aim to identify if we are the right fit for you or offer a referral to a specialist. Get in touch to start your path to wellness.

Headache Treatment

Headaches and migraines are common and can have a major impact on daily life, affecting work, social activities and sleep. Research shows that physical therapies can play an important role in managing many types of headache, particularly cervicogenic and tension-type headaches.
Physical therapy can include spinal manipulation, mobilisation, massage, acupuncture, dry needling, soft tissue techniques, stretching and specific exercises. It does not replace medication, but can be a useful option for people who cannot take certain drugs, have not responded well to them, or wish to use a combined approach.

Chiropractors are trained in spinal manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue work and rehabilitation for spinal-related conditions, alongside detailed neurological assessment. MariƩ has also completed additional training in headache management to stay up to date with current treatment approaches. Treatment aims to reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of headaches by addressing problems in the joints and muscles of the neck and jaw that may trigger or maintain pain.
