Our Fees
New Patient Consultation – £90.00
During this initial 60-minute appointment, we conduct a full health review and physical evaluation to diagnose your issues. We provide a bespoke recovery roadmap and typically begin your first treatment session during this same visit.
Follow‑Up Treatment Session – £60.00
These sessions focus on ongoing hands‑on care, progress review and updated advice to help you manage your symptoms and support long‑term spinal health. Each appointment is allocated 25-minutes.
Re-examination Appointment - £75.00
This appointment is for patients whose last visit was more than 1 year but less than 5 years ago; this session involves examination, a recap of medical history changes followed by treatment and will last approximately 40 minutes.
Insurance and Payment Methods
Private Health Insurance
Patients using insurance are required to settle the full cost of their appointment at the time of service. We provide comprehensive receipts so you can easily claim reimbursement from your provider. Please ensure you confirm your coverage details with your insurer before your visit.
Payment
We accept card payments for Follow-Up Treatments at the time of the appointment. New Patient Consultations need to be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment – under any circumstances. To keep things consistent and fair for everyone, this policy is always applied.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full appointment fee.
